I wrote my story of how/why I picked SOTR on WW, so here I’d like to write why volaretranslations exists.
I actually hadn’t planned on having my own site in the beginning. Too much hassle, too much work, and in case you haven’t noticed, I seem to have a habit of breaking sites. …XD
But after just a few days to two weeks, I quickly realized some of the benefits of having one’s own site. Total. control. I like purple? PURPLE EVERYWHERE IT SHALL BE! I like a particular font? THAT FONT IT SHALL BE! Muahahaha *chokes*. No, I haven’t gone crazy from translating, don’t look at me like that. XD
Afterwards, since I tend to have an attention span that jumps around everywhere, I was doubly happy to have my own site as it showcases all my works and can host the random bits and pieces of content that doesn’t below anywhere else. (Anyone remember Kidyeon’s podcast? XD) It now functions as my portfolio, but to be honest, it’d be amazing if one day I could call it my full time job. 😀
Sit back, relax, and enjoy good stories (and whitelist volareTL!!). 😀
